There will be a mini Sopranos reunion at the MTV Video Music Awards Monday.
The network announced that Drea De Matteo, who played Adriana in the seminal HBO mob series; Jamie-Lynn Sigler, who played Meadow Soprano; and Vincent Pastore, who played mafia lieutenant “Big Pussy” Bonpensiero, will present an award at the show.
The Sopranos aired from 1999 to 2007 and is widely considered one of the most influential programs of all time as well as a forerunner of the “prestige” dramas that followed.
Its star, James Gandolfini, died in 2013.
The Sopranos actors will join presenters like John Travolta, Ice-T, Queer Eye’s Jonathan Van Ness and Salt-N-Pepa at the VMAs.
The network also announced this week that Canadian superstar Shawn Mendes and girlfriend Camila Cabello will take the VMAs stage for the first time together to perform their hit song “Senorita.”
Mendes has six VMA nominations and Cabello has five.
The show airs Monday, Aug. 26 at 8 p.m. on MTV, live from Newark, N.J., hosted by comedian and actor Sebastian Maniscalco.
