She was a bright spot in the royals’ day.
First lady Melania Trump wore a vivid calf-length, canary-yellow cape on Tuesday for tea with Prince Charles and his wife Camilla at their home in London.
Trump, 49, paired the lively $7,700 Valentino wool coat with a long-sleeved magenta dress and matching purple suede Christian Louboutin pumps.
The former model beamed as she and President Trump, 73, were greeted by Charles, 71, and Camilla, 72, at Clarence House around 6 p.m. local time.
Supporters outside the gates chanted “USA” as the president arrived, according to CNN.
The couples exchanged niceties before posing for a photo in front of the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall’s mantelpiece.
The president wore a black suit, while Charles wore a navy one and Camilla chose a red dress, black jacket and pearls.
After the meeting, the Trumps headed to Buckingham Palace for a reception for NATO leaders hosted by Queen Elizabeth II.
