Dr. Rasquinha is the Chief of Adult Reconstruction at Northwell Health at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. As a fellow of the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) and American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS) Society, Dr. Rasquinha stays up-to-date with the latest advances in his field. He is Associate Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell and actively involved in research and teaching medical students and residents. He has more than 2 decades of experience in orthopaedic surgery and hip and knee arthroplasty with special interests in minimally invasive arthroplasty surgery, direct anterior total hip arthroplasty, ambulatory and rapid recovery total hip/knee arthroplasty, robotic arthroplasty surgery and patient reported outcomes.
