In this video I am showing how as a beginner in yoga you can improve your arm balance with a regular practice. You may find some of the asanas difficult at first but with the time passing, everything will get easier. Some of the positions included in the practice are:
– Chaturanga Dandasana
– Crane Pose (Bakasana)
– Dolphin Pose (Ardha Pincha Mayurasana)
– Headstand (Sirsasana)
You should practice asanas for arm balance regularly along with stretching asanas, so you can feel the full benefits of yoga. Balancing poses help us connect with the present moment. The degree of your mental focus escalates. You can’t easily get up into a Handstand if your mind thinks what you’re making in the office!
Arm balances can also help to increase feelings of self-confidence, courage, and inner strength. They’re a fun way of approaching our practice and bodies! Namaste!
